These terms and conditions represent a binding contract between the NGO Warsaw Institute for Modern & Contemporary Asian Art Foundation (‘WIMCAA’) and you. Your use of this website (the ‘GAAB Website’) shall be deemed full acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not accept these terms and conditions in full, please do not continue to use the GAAB Website.

Intellectual Property Rights
GAAB owns and reserves the intellectual property rights in the GAAB Website and all of its information and material, including but not limited to, text, articles, images and logos (the ‘Published Information’).

The GAAB Website gives no warranty and GAAB accepts no responsibility for the integrity of the download of the information and services provided throughout the GAAB Website or the currency or accuracy of the Published Information. Each registration is for a single user only. GAAB does not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.
Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you.
Your use of the GAAB Website and any dispute arising out of such use of the GAAB Website is subject to the laws of Poland. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and GAAB in relation to use of the GAAB Website, and supersedes all previous agreements in respect of same.
